 The article presents the main goals and objectives of implementing the new model of
teaching the new modules to defectology Bachelor students under conditions of network cooperation. The urgency of the research is connected with the ongoing changes in the socioeconomic structure of Russia of the 21 st century, which resulted in reforming of the education sector at all levels: federal, regional and municipal [6]. The education sector can not develop in isolation from the global experience and is subject to the general trends and patterns of development. The key position in this system is given to a teacher, whose professional development and activities constitute the priority in the theory and practice of education.
