The notion of situation is considered in the paper in the linguistic context and is defi ned as a complex of interrelated events happening in a particular place and time. The author describes the event structure of a situation that includes its participants (actants) and their roles in the cooperation that relates them in the given situation, as well as circonstants. The analysis of such situation class as a situation of cognitive interaction is carried out with the help of script description.
