The purpose of the investigation was to compare the aggressiveness parameters of junior adolescents with different levels of creativity. 158 schoolchildren of 6–7 forms (61 boys, 97 girls) were participants. All children were divided into two groups using the results of the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (adaptation of E. Tunik, 2002): those having the creativity level higher or lower than the average. The Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory (adaptation by I. Dermanova, 2002) was used for aggressiveness parameters evaluation, and the Spielberger questionnaire (adaptaion by Andreyeva, 2002) demonstrated the anxiety level. The authors of the paper showed that the high creativity level correlates with low levels of aggressiveness, and did not reveal any distinctions in anxiety levels of adolescents of different groups.
