Abstract. This article is motivated by both the high frequency of interpersonal conflicts among primary school students and the limited availability of effective strategies for their prevention and resolution in the context of the educational sphere. It is emphasised that conflicts at the initial stage of personality development can contribute to the strengthening of negative behavioural stereotypes and communication skills, which can subsequently escalate into deeper social problems. Consequently, the creation and implementation of socio-psychological programmes to avoid conflict situations is a key need for specialists in the field of pedagogy and psychology.
