The article is devoted to the consideration of pedagogical culture as one of the important
conditions for the success of a teacher’s professional activity. Its main components are
considered, which are based on psychological phenomena. The author justifies the dynamism of pedagogical culture and the importance of its constant improvement to achieve a high level of professional and pedagogical competence.
