The article discusses the results of a study illustrating the attitude of teachers of clinical departments of a pediatric medical university to pedagogical activity, which is integrated into medical practice due to the specifics of their basic professional education. The obtained results will become a basis for introducing a system of trainings at a department of postgraduate and additional professional education of a pediatric medical university into the process of advanced training, aimed at overcoming professional burnout and professional deformation, and the development of reflexive skills of teaching staff.
