The widespread use of the terms “competence”, “competence-based approach”,
“corporate model of competencies” in the business environment is explained by the need to emphasise the use of effective methods for assessing and developing competencies
by means of the most progressive educational methods. Creativity and innovativeness
as managerial competencies play a critical role in the formation of modern leaders who should possess special skills in the era of digital economy. The most important task of personnel policy is to integrate the learning process into the current activities of the organization in order to develop digital economy competencies and form the organization’s competitive advantages.
