The article is devoted to the causes of teachers’ emotional burnout arising from the
forced transition to distance learning. The main problems and difřculties faced by all
participants in the educational process during the forced transition to distance learning
are described. The main ways of preventing emotional burnout caused by the features of
the educational process in distance learning are disclosed.
Key words: emotional burnout, distance learning, causes of emotional burnout,
prevention of the burnout syndrome.
