The task of the author of this work is to generalize, structure, sys-
tematize and analyze profoundly the historical and factual material
related to the impact and infl uence of Boehm clarinets on the Russian
performing school. The relevance of the research is that this branch
of art criticism is insuffi ciently developed; and the archival sources
on this problem presented in the paper fi ll this gap.
