Terminological Aspects of Defi ning the Notion “Personalised Learning”

The defi nitional analysis of the term “personalised learning” is carried out on the basis mostly provided by research articles and reports written by English-speaking authors. Terms that tend to be used as its synonyms are listed. Their defi nitions are presented in 
order to prove that they should not be treated as absolute synonyms for the term “personalised learning”. Translational aspects are also exemplifi ed via abstracts and key words of articles by Russianspeaking authors devoted to the issue of personalised learning.
