The  article  discusses  the  results  of  the  study  on  the  communicative  and  organisational abilities of call-center operators, characteristics of their afBliation motivation and prevailing coping  strategies  used  in  the  speciBc  information  environment  of  their  professional activities. The hypothesis of the effectiveness of training technologies as a tool for the formation of communicative competencies in call-center operators was also tested.
