The article is devoted to the development of organisational and communicative skills of ca-
dets of National Guard Forces Command institutes, specialising in Psychology of Service.
It is noted that there is a positive prospect in the development of future ofBcers’ competen-
cies directly related to the substantive speciBcs of the profession of military psychologist.
