The social and psychological analysis of the formation of an individual’s conflictological competence in the post-crisis conditions is carried out in the paper. The author proposes a socio-psychological programme for the formation of an individual’s conflictological competence in the post-crisis conditions, based on the principles of the system approach and comprising the diagnostic, motivational, formative and control units, involving the integrated set of socio-psychological forms and methods of work. The effectiveness of the programme is proved by the positive changes in the personal styles of solving problem-conflict situations using the constructive and reflexive style; increase in the importance of cognitive, communicative and altruistic life meanings in their common system; increase in the leading parameters of a person’s self-actualisation (competence in time, value of self-actualisation, reactive sensitivity, self-acceptance, contact); indicators of flexibility and general level of self-regulation of behaviour along with the decrease in situational and personal anxiety, as well as aggressiveness and conflict.
