The paper is devoted to a little-known piece of A. Rubin-
stein’s heritage — Piano concerto No. 3. The music is
analyzed in relation to the unique performance style of
the great Russian pianist. The authors touch upon issues
of interpreting Rubinstein’s music as a whole, and also
signifi cance of Piano concerto No. 3 in a pedagogical
aspect.
