There is national “global” art and meta-national “global” art. “Globality” and “nationality” of art are interlinked; both represent the unity of artistic creation and aesthetic perception. Creation of the new, following the time rhythm, is the pathway of art from “nationality” to
“globality”. It is essential to have innovative thinking to comprehend it, to adopt the concept “the global is the national” in art.
