ORAL PRESENTATION AS AN ASSESSMENT TOOL IN THE ESP CLASSROOM

This work focuses on the effectiveness of using an oral presentation as an assessment 
tool when teaching English academic speech to master’s students. A detailed description of steps for preparing speech both as classroom and self-study activities based on 
individual specialist reading is provided. The choice of source materials depending on 
the form of education, language level and the institution is analysed.
