The article presents the results of the inሢuence of the circuit and interval methods of 
general physical training on the development of physical abilities of young athletes 10–
11 years old. Practical recommendations on the training process optimisation are given. 
The authors estimate the inሢuence of the circuit and interval methods of general physical training on the development of physical abilities of young judoists.
