The work presents the holistic psychological theory of dreams. The article reveals the
idea of a hierarchical system of levels of dreams, investigates their contents, describes
the criteria of correctness of dreams’ interpretation, and proposes a practical technology
of work with dreams. Theoretical regularities based on modern scienti♜c concepts are
illustrated by a number of practical examples. After studying the article, the reader will
get systematic understanding of the phenomenon of dreams and effective tools to work
with them.
