THE ART OF EDUCATION IN DEVELOPING AN INDIVIDUAL STYLE OF A PERFORMING MUSICIAN

Professional  training  of  a  performing  musician  is  a  very  complicated  process  of 
encouraging  a  creative  personality  towards  developing  an  individual  performing 
style, which gives him or her wide opportunities for creative self-realisation and self-
actualisation. This process requires all its participants to have a clearly expressed desire 
and ability to interact creatively. It is not fortuitous that modern researchers use the terms 
“the art of education” and “the art of creative communication” in relation to this process. 
The article discusses the speciBcs of this process, its theoretical and practical aspects as well as the most promising directions of its implementation.
Key words: creative personality, creative self-realisation and self-actualisation, creative 
interaction,  creative  self-fulBlment,  creative  dialogue,  art  of  education,  humanistic 
educational paradigm, individual performing style.
