The article presents the results of the study devoted to the legal education level of high
school students. The author studies the legal knowledge level, the need to increase it and personal assessment of the legitimacy of their behaviour by respondents, Śnds out the
motives for actions of older adolescents that meet the legal norm. As a result, the author
comes to the conclusion about the need to adjust the legal education of senior students.
