THE MODERN PROBLEMS OF TEACHING ARTISTIC DISCIPLINES TO STUDENTS OF VARIOUS SPECIALTIES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM

The paper discusses the modern problems of teaching artistic disciplines, such as drawing and painting, and their relationship with composition, design, and computer graphics. The  authors  discuss  the  application  of  traditional  approaches,  pedagogical  methods, relevant technologies, based on the examples of Russian and European art schools. It is noted that the programmes’ topics should take into account the proBle orientation in the higher education system. The paper describes the results of training students at various departments of the Higher School of Folk Arts (Academy).
