The article presents the results of the research on providing comprehensive security of 
subjects of educational activity. The purpose of the article is to identify and systematise 
the  requirements  of  stakeholders  at  different  levels  of  the  educational  system  and  to develop a tool for monitoring the requirements for safe conditions of educational activities to create an ergatic model. According to the results of the study, the requirements of stakeholders for safe conditions of educational activities are systematised.
