The paper is devoted to the development of the model of pedagogical training of teachers of clinical specialties at pediatric medical universities, which promotes professional
pedagogical competence of teachers through personal creative fulĥlment. The model
consists of several interconnected components that in general provide its functioning:
social and pedagogical, informational, adapting, methodological and integrating
components.
