The article deals with administrative and legal analysis and its methodological basis —
analytics, including a systematic approach to ensuring the administrative and legal trans-
formation of management of the protection of the constitutional order, security and well-
being of Russia, and its methodological universality, the possibility of wide application
in the study of the legal foundations of government protection of the existing system,
security and welfare of citizens. All this is very important for the development of ways,
forms and methods of preventing threats manifested in crisis situations and phenomena
in Russia. Administrative and legal analytics allowed the author to move in scientifi c
research from the consideration of system-facts and factors to the characteristics of sys-
tem-processes of administrative and legal transformation of management of the protec-
tion of the constitutional order, security and well-being of Russia.
