Экономический рост в малых и крупных экономиках

В статье рассматривается экономический рост в разномасштабных экономиках – ресурсонедостаточных и ресурсообеспеченных странах. Автор детализирует две проблемы: 1) экономический рост в разных группах малых стран в историко-экономическом ракурсе и 2) динамику экономического роста и малых и крупных переходных экономиках.
