The author of the paper analyses one of the varieties of legal behaviour – liminal behaviour, as well as victim behaviour caused by it. The author also describes the mechanism of transition of liminal behavior to illegal behaviour and shows the role of legal culture as a means of preventing negative phenomena in the youth environment.
