 Animation art is a combination of a variety of artistic forms of expression. When we explore the core of animation art we come to the conclusion that its theoretical support and development prospects analysis are of great importance. Today, under the proposal “One Belt One Road Initiative” there should be a closer cooperation between China and Russia in the fi eld of animation art development. This study will mainly focus on the prospects ted issues in the fi eld of Chinese and Russian animation art development. The study is also aimed at fi nding problems and urther trying to putting forward relevant opinions and suggestions.
