This paper is devoted to comparing the images of the animal in Pushkin’s fairy tale. Besides, it is also considers all images from the Chinese edition, which was translated from Russian into Chinese. The purpose of the paper is to explore the features of metaphor and simile by determining similarities and differences between the Russian
textand the Chinese text, contrasting between subjects and objects. Consequently , on the basis of the above-mentioned, the author would like to review Pushkin’s role in the Russian literary circles, and even in the history of the world literature.
