The concept of “culture” is so vast and all-inclusive that its application in various contexts
has become customary and generally accepted. We constantly hear about the need to
cultivate a culture of feelings, culture of speech, culture of behaviour, professional
culture, etc., putting in each of them a notion of the necessary level of development of
an individual, who has to correspond to the norms and guidelines of modern society
for its representatives. The positive, creative principle embedded in everyone unites all
these concepts, because it is impossible to imagine an expression such as a culture of
destruction. The article deals with the strategic orientation of the professional training of
a modern musician as a creative artist and creator of the third millennium culture, who
is ready to participate in and manage artistic processes that are taking place at present in
the artistic space of culture.
