Chinese companies in the 21st century are going through the transformation connected with the rapid development of the Internet. In order to be competitive, each of them has to develop innovation management. The article is devoted to the three conditions of effective strategic innovations for Chinese companies. The author analyses the development of such big and successful companies as Tencent, Alibaba Cloud, and Huawei.
