M. A. Korgozha
Price: 50 руб.
The article presents the results of the study on the ynamics of women’s depressive manifestations on the first day, the third day and six weeks after delivery. It was revealed that the presence of stable negative emotional manifestations in women in the third trimester of pregnancy does not affect the outcome of pregnancy and the type of delivery. The development of depressive manifestations in early and late postpartum periods is associated with the presence and severity of negative emotional manifestations in women before delivery. There is a risk of depressive disorders in the postpartum period for women with mild negative emotional manifestations in the third trimester of pregnancy. The author substantiates the urgency of providing high-quality professional psychological assistance to women with depressive manifestations in the third trimester of pregnancy, as well as in the early and late postpartum periods, with the aim of psychoprophylaxis of depressive disorders.
Key words: depressive manifestations, pregnancy, delivery, postpartum melancholy, perinatal psychology, psychological counseling.
