The relevance of the research is based on the study of the dependence of the quality
of combat training tasks performed by a training unit of the National Guard Forces
Command on the level of its consolidation. The article shows perspectives of using
ideas on the improvement of educational activities of a training unit commander aimed
at consolidation of his training group. The author of the article clarifies the notion
“consolidation of a training cadet group”, reveals the structure of consolidation, which
includes: value-orientation unity, activity and volition unity, organisational unity,
intellectual unity, and emotional unity. The author studies and describes in detail the
structure of the process of consolidation, including the purpose, objectives, regularities,
principles, methods, conditions and result of this process. The article is of practical
interest for teachers, adjuncts and commanders of cadet units of military educational
institutions of the National Guard Forces Command.
