The article considers the problem of interrelation and mutual influence of leadership
and management potential of future officers of the National Guard Forces Command
of Russia. Based on the comparison of the data on senior cadets, the author notes the
characteristics of leaders and types of social roles in interpersonal relationships, which
can be considered as professionally important qualities of future officers.
