The efficiency of building interpersonal relations is influenced by the type of interaction,
in particular, the level of cooperation. The article discusses personal manifestations of
younger schoolchildren that impede fruitful cooperation. The authors show the revealed
correction targets for the work with younger schoolchildren in the process of their
cooperation.
