The experience of using the interactive tool of the Blackboard platform within the Concept of the Federal Target Programme of Education — 2020

 The article discusses the new challenges faced by teachers and students of higher
education institutions in the process of creation an innovative educational environment.
The author observes the introduction of educational platforms in the educational process, in particular the “Voice Board” interactive tool of the Blackboard platform. The paper presents the results and analysis of the pedagogical experiment on the use of this tool for the development of English oral monologic speech skills. The conclusion is that educational platforms meet the requirements of the modern educational environment, and therefore it seems appropriate to use them as an aid to increase the efficiency of teaching a foreign language.
