 The article presents the data about the possibility of increasing the degree of readiness of future officers-psychologists of the Russian Guard for negotiation activity. In connection with the extension of functions of this power structure’s representatives, negotiation competence becomes a professionally important quality, and its formation is possible both in the structure of professional training of military psychologists and specially organised psychological training work.
