activity focused on the improvement of life, and a space that realises social functions

of society. Experience shows that underestimation of the human factor may result

into increase of industrial conflicts, growth of staff turnover, and malfunction. All

these can affect productivity, and as a result, people needing social protection could be

affected. Therefore, the role of a social institution director is important and significant.

Taking into account the socio-psychological aspects of management, a director is a

coordinator of specific techniques and methods of influence on the effective process

of formation and development of the team and each employee. This contributes to a

positive working atmosphere that improves an organisation’s functioning, which is

expressed in team unity.
