CORPORATE EDUCATION: THE MODEL OF EDUCATION SPACE

 The paper covers the main trends in the development of the business education market
and the role of training and consulting service providers in the changes of corporate
training systems. The author justifis the necessity to create a corporate education space,
ensuring the integrity of cognitive development and self-development of employees,
coordination of various training programmes. The author also presents a theoretical
model of corporate education space that meets the needs of business and makes it
possible to reconstruct the ways of achieving objectives and specifi problems solutions
in accordance with changes of economic conditions.
