THE MODERN MODEL OF ACTIVITY OF A STUDENT GROUP TUTOR ON PROVIDING THE SOCIO-PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY FORMATION IN JUNIOR COLLEGE COURSES

 Motivational and values grounds of students in mastering the future profession is a
complicated phenomenon that should be actualised in minds of future professionals. In
the process of their formation, in our view, the personality of a student group tutor plays
an important role. This idea is confimed by the research of C. Hovland and R. F. Weiss,
who showed that the “communicator”, in our case – a tutor of a student group, enjoying
the confience, has a considerable impact on the attitude of the audience. This is because
the essence of the attitude is largely determined by the signifiance of the object for
the subject and plays an important role in preparing future specialists for professional
activity.
