The article discusses the diffiulties of psychological and pedagogical ensuring of
transmission of innovative technologies aimed at solving strategic tasks of personality
development of children and teenagers in compliance with educational standards.
The author’s plot-activity technologies can be used not only for planning scenarios of
students’ personality development in accordance with a zone of their near development,
but in the context of solving the problem of transfer of these technologies at the expense
of the research and project organisation.
