 The article touches upon the organisation of transition from closed industrial educational
systems, providing students with standard knowledge, to open educational systems.
This issue is viewed through three focal points – anthropological, institutional and
organisational-administrative ones. The philosophical analysis of a person’s selfformation is provided in the article. The specifiity of this work fids itself in justifiation
of the necessity of the open educational policy, providing the transfer to a new educational mode by means of establishing modern humanitarian platforms.
