The article considers the category of goal as a system-forming category for modern
anthropopractices of self-determination and formation of a subject. The notion is viewed
through the history of humanitarian practices, in particular practices of culture transmission. The article also features a typology of practices of maturation and culture transmission, which helps to analyse various educational approaches together with educational technologies in order to assist children’s personal and record goals formation. Agoal genesis scheme in forms of open education is provided in conclusion.
